Aemaris Trading is the youngest business in the group, and it was built around a conviction rather than an opportunity: that food produced with care for the land and the people who work it is simply better food.
We focus on health foods, and we take responsibility for how they are grown. That means real standards in the field, honest terms for the farmers we contract, and oversight at every stage between the soil and the shelf.
It is a slower way to build a supply chain. It is also the only way we were willing to build one.
We would rather answer for every step of how something was grown than sell something we cannot account for.
